We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Relationship Sales Executive to manage and grow our B2B client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with business clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that drive value and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with B2B clients to ensure high levels of customer retention and satisfaction.
• Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to recommend suitable products/services.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals to decision-makers.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals that meet both client and company goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, support) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly B2B sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer relationship roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
