Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Dishwasher / Kitchen Steward to support kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness, washing dishes and utensils, and ensuring hygiene standards are consistently followed. The ideal candidate should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, sinks, and washing areas
• Dispose of garbage and manage waste segregation properly
• Ensure proper storage of cleaned items
• Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and support tasks when required
• Refill cleaning supplies and report shortages
• Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards at all times
• Keep the dishwashing and back-of-house areas organized

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long hours
• Basic understanding of cleanliness and hygiene practices
• Team-oriented and disciplined attitude
• Ability to follow instructions carefully

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurants, hotels, or commercial kitchens preferred

Working Conditions
