Distribution Manager

The Team Associate is responsible for supporting daily team operations, coordinating with team members to achieve departmental goals, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, teamwork, and attention to detail to maintain smooth workflow and high performance.

• Key Responsibilities:Assist team leaders and managers in executing daily operational tasks.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of projects or assignments.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
• Support the team in meeting productivity and quality targets.
• Communicate effectively with clients, customers, or vendors when required.
• Identify and report workflow or process issues to supervisors.
