Job Description
1. Conceptualize and design collections aligned with current trends and the brand identity of Affifa
2. Analyzing and forecasting upcoming fashion trends
3. Develop original sketches, mood boards, color palettes, and detailed tech packs
4. Source fabrics and trims, and coordinate with vendors/suppliers
5. Work closely with the PR team for brand collaborations, campaigns, and shoots
6. Participate in fittings, sampling, and quality control
7. Stay updated on local and global fashion trends
8. Collaborate with merchandisers and the production team to ensure timely deliveries
9. Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop. etc.)
10. Strong sketching and visualization skills
11. Good understanding of garment construction and textiles
12. Attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense
13. Strong communication and time-management skills
