🔧 Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineer who is passionate about machinery, tools manufacturing, and hands-on technical training. The ideal candidate should have both industry experience and teaching/training exposure, especially in the field of agricultural and general-purpose machinery.

🎓 Required Qualifications

✔ Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

✔ Minimum 1 year of teaching or training experience in:

• Agricultural and food processing machinery
• Tools and equipment manufacturing
• Mechanical workshop skills
• ✔ Minimum 1 year of industry / factory work experience in mechanical or tools-machinery manufacturing

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on mechanical tools, agro-machinery, and equipment fabrication
• Support in production, maintenance, and workshop operations
• Develop training materials, manuals, and SOPs
• Assist in R&D and prototype development for machinery
• Maintain tools, machines, and workshop safety standards
• Evaluate trainees’ performance and contribute to capacity-building projects

💼 Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and workshop operations
• Hands-on experience in fabrication, machining, or equipment assembly
• Good communication and teaching skills
• Ability to work in a team and manage training labs
• Knowledge of agricultural tools will be an added advantage
