About the Role:
Kotak Life Insurance is looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Ballygunge, Kolkata. The role involves identifying, sourcing, and onboarding potential prospects to support our growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
🔍 Initial screening of prospects through official portals
📞 Conduct customer sourcing and acquisition
🤝 Coordinate between customers and managers for customer support and objection handling
📝 Generate leads for life insurance products
📊 Assist in hiring process and report recruitment status to the management
🌟 Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements:
🎓 Graduation is required.
💬 Good communication and interpersonal skills
💻 Basic knowledge of MS Office
