Job Description

Job Title: Team Associate


Reports to: Team Lead/Manager


Objective:


To provide support and assistance to the team, ensuring efficient operations, and contributing to the achievement of team goals and objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


Team Support:


1. Assist team members with tasks and projects.

2. Provide administrative support (e.g., scheduling, data entry).

3. Coordinate team meetings, events, and activities.

4. Maintain team records, files, and documentation.


Communication:

Communication:


1. Respond to internal and external inquiries.

2. Communicate team information to stakeholders.

3. Collaborate with other departments and teams.

4. Facilitate information sharing and knowledge transfer.


Task Management:


1. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.

2. Meet deadlines and deliver quality results.

3. Identify and resolve task-related issues.

4. Escalate complex issues to team lead/manager.


Problem-Solving:


1. Analyze problems and identify solutions.

2. Collaborate with team members to resolve issues.

3. Implement process improvements.

4. Provide feedback and suggestions.

2. Contribute to team projects and initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:


1. 1-2 years of team support experience.

2. High school diploma or equivalent.

3. Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

5. Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).

6. Adaptability and flexibility.


Desirable Skills:


1. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).

2. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software.

3. Certification in team management or administration.

4. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
