Job Title: Telecaller (Customer Service)

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Answer inquiries and provide information about our event services.

Handle client queries and offer solutions in a professional manner.

Schedule appointments for meetings or follow-ups.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Collaborate with the sales and event management teams to improve customer satisfaction.

Skills Required:

Strong communication skills in Hindi, and Bengali.and basic English

Polite and professional phone manner.

Basic computer knowledge and experience with telecalling software.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.

Salary:

Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.

Work Hours:

Full-time, Monday to Saturday.
