Agency Development Manager

Job Summary:The Agency Development Manager (ADM) is responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a team of insurance advisors or agents to achieve sales targets and business growth. The ADM plays a key role in driving sales performance, ensuring productivity, and maintaining strong relationships with agents and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Training

• Identify and recruit potential insurance advisors/agents through various channels.
• Conduct induction programs and training sessions to enhance agents’ product knowledge and selling skills.
• Motivate and mentor agents to ensure consistent performance.

2. Business Development & Sales

• Drive sales through advisors to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
• Plan and implement effective sales strategies to increase market penetration.
• Monitor daily sales activities and provide performance feedback to agents.

3. Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors, clients, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and timely support.
• Address grievances and resolve issues promptly.

4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track agents’ performance against business goals.
• Prepare regular sales reports and submit to management.
• Analyze data to identify improvement areas and take corrective actions.
