FLS – Job Description Position Title: Front Line Sales (Business Development Executive/Business Development Manager/Sr. Business Development Manager/Branch Sales Manager/Channel Sales Manager) – Fixed Deposits, Life Insurance, General Insurance & Cross-selling other Financial Products like Mutual Funds
Location: Reports to: Assistant Unit Head/ Unit Head/ Sr. Unit Head
What You Will Do (Responsibilities)
- Hit Sales Targets: Sell Fixed Deposits and Insurance (Life & General).
- Manage a Team: Guide, train, and review a team of Business Associates.
- Grow the Network: Recruit new insurance advisors and help them make more sales.
- Build Relationships: Work closely with branch partners and channel heads.
- Follow Rules: Make sure all sales follow company and government policies.
- Track the Market: Keep an eye on competitors and local market trends.
What Skills You Need
- Ability to understand financial products clearly.
- Good with data and planning local sales strategies.
- Strong sales, talking, and negotiation skills.
- Focus on keeping agents happy and retained in the company.
Requirements
Education: Graduate or Postgraduate.
Experience: 1 to 8 years of sales experience in Insurance, Fixed Deposits, Pharma, or Retail.
