Position: Sales Associate – Astrology & Gemstones

Timing: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM | Weekly Off: Thursday

About the Role:

We’re looking for enthusiastic and persuasive Sales Associates to help clients connect with our astrologers and recommend premium gemstones and Rudraksh based on their needs. This is a great opportunity to grow your sales career while making a meaningful impact on people’s spiritual journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate astrology consultations and understand client needs
• Promote and sell gemstones and Rudraksh post-consultation
• Build long-term client relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain records on CRM
• Stay updated on products and participate in ongoing training

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and sales skills
• Ability to build rapport and handle objections
• Prior sales experience preferred (freshers welcome)
• Interest in spiritual/wellness products is a plus (training provided)
