Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify and approach potential HoReCa clients (hotels, restaurants, cafes) and kirana retailers across the Kolkata region.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects using market visits, field surveys, and networking.
  • Client Acquisition:

  • Pitch the ice cream product range effectively to B2B clients.
  • Conduct sampling sessions and close deals with retail and HoReCa partners.
  • Sales Growth & Target Achievement:

  • Meet monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor sell-through rates and ensure product availability at key locations.
  • Relationship Management:

  • Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat orders and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a point of contact for service issues, restocking, or marketing support.
  • Market Intelligence:

  • Provide feedback on competitor activity, pricing, and market trends.

Suggest marketing activities to increase sales velocity in the region.
