Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and approach potential HoReCa clients (hotels, restaurants, cafes) and kirana retailers across the Kolkata region.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects using market visits, field surveys, and networking.
- Client Acquisition:
- Pitch the ice cream product range effectively to B2B clients.
- Conduct sampling sessions and close deals with retail and HoReCa partners.
- Sales Growth & Target Achievement:
- Meet monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor sell-through rates and ensure product availability at key locations.
- Relationship Management:
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat orders and customer satisfaction.
- Act as a point of contact for service issues, restocking, or marketing support.
- Market Intelligence:
- Provide feedback on competitor activity, pricing, and market trends.
Suggest marketing activities to increase sales velocity in the region.
