Role Overview:As a Business Development Manager at Tata, you’ll lead a dynamic team of engineers and developers to design, build, and deliver innovative solutions that drive business growth and operational excellence. You’ll act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring smooth project execution and alignment with Tata’s values of excellence, innovation, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage software/product development projects from concept to delivery Mentor and guide development teams to achieve high performance

Define project timelines, deliverables, and success metrics Collaborate with cross-functional teams — product, design, QA, and operations

Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, architecture, and quality assurance

Drive innovation and continuous improvement in development processes

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

Communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior management

Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldrs of experience in softw

Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing complex projects

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
