Teleminds Infotech is hiring Fresher or Domestic BPO Experience candidates for CALL QUALITY ANALYST position with Fixed salary in Fixed morning shift
SHIFT Timings-
Mon to Sat: 8a.m. to 6p.m.
Sunday: fixed off
CANDIDATE MUST SPEAK FLUENT IN ENGLISH
Salary: 12000-14000
Traveling allowance provided
Rsponsibilities:
- Listening to recorded calls and auditing them
- Preparing Excel reports
Requirements:
- Proficient in English both spoken and written
- Must have basic knowledge in MS Excel
- Must be 18+
- Must have an updated adhar card
