🔹 Position: Commis 1 Chef

We are looking for a skilled chef with strong hands-on experience in fish handling and fast-paced kitchen operations.

🔸 Key Responsibilities:

Fish cutting, cleaning, and filleting with proper yield

Frying, marinating, chopping, and basic cooking tasks

Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards

Preparing ingredients and assisting in daily kitchen prep

Ensuring smooth kitchen workflow during service hours

Storing raw materials properly to maintain freshness

Following recipe standards and portion control

🔸 Requirements:

Experience in fish preparation (mandatory)

Ability to work quickly and efficiently

Knowledge of Bengali fish varieties preferred

Must maintain cleanliness and discipline

Punctual, honest, and willing to learn

Minimum 6 months–2 years kitchen experience (freshers with strong skills may apply)
