**Qualifications:**

- Minimum educational qualification: 12th class pass

- 2-3 years of experience in Chinese cuisine (experience with continental cuisine is a bonus)

**Job Responsibilities:**

1. **Prepare and cook Chinese and basic continental dishes** as per the café menu, ensuring taste and presentation standards are met.

2. **Assist in menu planning** and suggest innovative dishes to enhance the café's offerings.

3. **Manage daily kitchen operations** including food prep, portion control, and waste management.

4. **Ensure kitchen hygiene** by maintaining cleanliness and adhering to safety protocols.

5. **Inventory management** by tracking stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining quality control.

6. **Train kitchen assistants or helpers**, ensuring they follow best practices.

7. **Coordinate with the head chef** or management to ensure smooth service and kitchen workflow during busy hours.

8. **Monitor food quality and freshness**, ensuring timely preparation and minimal wastage.

9. **Comply with health and sanitation regulations** in food storage, handling, and preparation areas.

10. **Work under pressure** to meet customer demands during peak hours while maintaining quality.
