Role Summary

We are hiring a skilled and efficient Cook to manage breakfast, lunch, and dinner preparation for a Mediterranean-style café. The candidate must deliver fast yet delicious dishes, ensure kitchen hygiene, and maintain consistency in food quality.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve Mediterranean & café-style dishes quickly and consistently

Maintain kitchen cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards

Manage food prep, storage, stock rotation, and reduce wastage

Support menu planning and new dish ideas

Coordinate with team during busy hours for smooth service

Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

Skills & Requirements

Prior experience in cafés or restaurants

Knowledge of Mediterranean flavours preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Discipline, punctuality & teamwork attitude

Basic food safety knowledge (FSSAI preferred)

Work Schedule

10-hour shift with flexibility during peak demand

Weekly off as per café operations
