Designation: Process Executive
Job Role:
- E-Commerce customer support - voice support.
- Taking calls over the phone, which involves working in different time zones.
- Handling customer calls and initiating the right responses to them, positively and professionally.
- Flexible to work in shift.
Requirements
- Excellent English - In both verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Good technical knowledge.
- Experience : Any Fresher & experienced in customer service role.
- Shift : Rotational Shift / Flexible to work in Night shifts.
- Education : Any undergraduate / Graduate / Post Graduate can apply.
