Job Role:


  • E-Commerce customer support - voice support.
  • Taking calls over the phone, which involves working in different time zones.
  • Handling customer calls and initiating the right responses to them, positively and professionally.
  • Flexible to work in shift.


Requirements

  • Excellent English - In both verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Good technical knowledge.
  • Experience : Any Fresher & experienced in customer service role.
  • Shift : Rotational Shift / Flexible to work in Night shifts.
  • Education : Any undergraduate / Graduate / Post Graduate can apply.
