Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using dishwashing machines or by hand.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish-washing area.
  • Ensure all cleaned items are properly stored and readily available for kitchen and service staff.
  • Remove trash and recycling from kitchen and dish-washing areas.
