Shortlisted candidates need to perform the following tasks :

• Providing one-on-one career guidance and skills assessment to assist with career development of the student
• Knowledge of placement testing and career, personal, and educational assessment needs to be quickly acquired
• Experience with counseling principles, techniques, and practices as applied to students' problems and developmental needs
• Excellent active listening and communication skills required in order to guide the students and their guardians/ parents
• Social perceptiveness and an understanding of body language.
• Excellent interpersonal and mediation skills.
• Listening to students academic, emotional, social, and behavioral concerns and try to solve them by routing through the proper channel
• Self-motivated, initiator and results-oriented.
• Should demonstrate positive attitude, high motivation, and interpersonal skill.
• Should have computer at home.
