Event Coordinator (Intern)

About the Internship

We are hiring Event Coordination Interns for our upcoming Saraswati Puja 2026 Event.

The selected candidates will be responsible for visiting schools, presenting our event proposal, and coordinating with school authorities for registrations and event activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit schools within assigned areas and build connections with school authorities
• Present our event proposal & presentation confidently
• Explain participation benefits and complete the registration process
• Coordinate with teachers / event coordinators regarding event activities & communication
• Maintain follow-up with schools via calls / messages / visits
• Submit daily updates and reports to the central team
• Represent our organization professionally at all times

Requirements

• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Confidence in interacting with school authorities
• Willingness to travel and conduct field visits
• Basic understanding of event activities / coordination
• Must be punctual, disciplined, and responsible

Internship Details

• Duration: 2 Months
• Mode: Field Internship (Not Work-From-Office)
• Working Style: Visit schools + remote reporting
• Travel Allowance: ₹4,000 – ₹5,000 per month
• Certification: Internship Certificate will be provided after completion
