As we expand our operations, we are looking for a passionate and highly skilled Executive Chef to lead our production team, drive innovation, and maintain the highest standards of quality across all products.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Oversee and manage all kitchen and production operations

✅ Develop and launch new products, seasonal offerings, and innovative menu items

✅ Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards across all products

✅ Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff

✅ Establish and improve SOPs for production efficiency

✅ Monitor food cost, wastage, yield, and inventory management

✅ Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards

✅ Work closely with management on product development and business growth initiatives

Required Skills & Expertise

✔️ Strong knowledge of yeast-raised doughs, breads, brioche, and fermentation processes

✔️ Expertise in chocolates, ganache, fillings, glazes, fondants, creams, and dessert components

✔️ Experience in large-batch production and recipe standardization

✔️ Strong understanding of ingredient functionality, product shelf life, and quality control

✔️ Ability to troubleshoot production issues and improve processes

✔️ Leadership experience managing kitchen teams

✔️ Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and product development
