Field Sales Executive

Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell various loan products, including Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Vehicle Loans, and other financial products. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective customers, understanding their financial requirements, and assisting them throughout the loan application process.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and direct marketing activities.
• Identify potential customers and explain suitable loan products based on their requirements.
• Conduct customer meetings and presentations to promote loan services.
• Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan approval and disbursement.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
• Build and maintain relationships with builders, real estate agents, DSAs, CA firms, and local business owners for lead generation.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM systems regularly.
• Stay updated on company policies, loan products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
• Required QualificationsMinimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.
• Experience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Insurance, or Loan Sales is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
• Must own a smartphone and preferably a two-wheeler for field visits.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Basic knowledge of banking and financial products.
