JOB ROLE : MUTUAL FUND, INSURANCE AND ALL INVESTMENT PRODUCT DEALING AND SELLING
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products/services.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Achieve or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer responses and market trends.
