Need Receptionist/ Front Office Executive

Job Location- Cuttack, Odisha

Looking for a Kolkata-based candidate ready to move to Cuttack, Odisha.

Salary- ₹ 15000/- to ₹ 20000/-

RESPONSIBILITIES-

• Handle guest check-in and check-out professionally

• Manage room bookings, OTA reservations, and walk-in guests

• Coordinate with housekeeping and operations teams for room readiness

• Attend guest calls, complaints, and service requests efficiently

• Maintain front desk registers, billing, and payment records accurately

• Ensure proper communication with guests regarding hotel policies and services

• Maintain professional grooming and front office presentation standards at all times

• Handle late-night or peak-hour pressure situations calmly

• Upsell rooms and hotel services wherever applicable

• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and operational accountability during shifts
