Management Trainee – Business Development

Location: Rajarhat, Kolkata

Provision Technologies LLP is looking for young, energetic, and ambitious candidates who want to build a career in Corporate Sales and Business Development.

This is a structured trainee opportunity in the IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Managed Services industry. Selected candidates will receive hands-on exposure to customer communication, corporate sales processes, business development activities, and professional business practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities
• Promote IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Managed Services solutions
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with technical teams for solution discussions and proposal preparation
• Work with OEMs, distributors, and technology partners
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline, and activity reports
• Achieve assigned business development and revenue objectives
• Support the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure

Candidate Profile

• Fresh graduates or final-year students
• Good communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi
• Confident, disciplined, and professional
• Comfortable with customer interaction, field visits, and sales-oriented activities
• Willing to learn and build a long-term career in corporate sales

• Any Graduate with strong communication skills
