Junior Fashion Designer

We are looking for an experienced Fashion Designer & Production Manager who can manage the complete garment production process from design to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Design trendy and innovative designer blouses, sarees, and men's wear

Coordinate and assign work to tailors, embroidery teams, and production staff

Oversee the entire production process and ensure timely completion

Monitor quality, finishing, fitting, and workmanship standards

Conduct quantity checks and maintain production records

Understand fabrics, materials, trims, and embellishments

Follow current fashion trends and develop new designs

Work independently and take ownership of projects

Requirements:

Experience in fashion design and garment production management

Strong knowledge of tailoring, embroidery, and garment construction

Ability to manage teams and production schedules

Excellent attention to detail and quality control

Responsible, dedicated, organized, and self-motivated

Strong problem-solving and communication skills
