Logistics Executive

Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented entry-level Executive to support our logistics, operations, invoicing, and end-of-day retail store management. This is a blended role ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working both in an office and customer-facing retail environment. 

The role requires coordination with internal teams, maintaining accurate records, handling documentation for wine logistics, and managing the last three hours of shift at our wine retail store, including store closing. Training will be provided for everything. 

• Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred (Commerce/Business/Logistics desirable).
• Strong communication and basic customer service skills.
• Good command of Excel, Google Sheets, and basic ERP/invoicing software such as TALLY
• Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping discipline.

Interest in wine or retail operations is an added advantage (training will be provided).
