Urgent Opening for the role of MIS EXECUTIVE

About the Company: At RDP Infracon Pvt Ltd, We have been in the logistics/transportation industry since 1976, currently owning and operating a fleet of 150 + Vehicles and Handling Equipment's backed by an able team of people equipped with best industry practices with in house Repair and Maintenance Workshop, with real time tracking and reporting to our customers and providing efficient logistics solutions.

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage, analyze, and report business data to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in data analysis, reporting tools, and database management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and analyze data from multiple sources to create actionable insights.
• Design, develop, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
• Prepare performance reports, productivity metrics, and other business analytics.
• Automate report generation using Google Sheet, Excel macros, VBA, or BI tools to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with departments (Sales, Finance, Operations, etc.) to gather and verify data.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity in the systems.
• Assist in identifying process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Support senior management with ad hoc reports and data queries.

Key Skills Required:·     

.  Advanced Excel & G-sheet (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Macros)

·      Working knowledge of databases and SQL

·      Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar preferred)

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·      Excellent communication and coordination abilities

·      Attention to detail and accuracy

Educational Qualifications:·      Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:·      

. Experience in a similar MIS/Data Analyst role

·      Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems

·      Certification in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence tools (a plus)
