Operations Executive

PG Operations

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of PG properties.
• Monitor room occupancy, vacancies, and resident movement.
• Coordinate resident check-in and check-out processes.
• Conduct regular property inspections and audits.
• Handle resident complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Staff Management

• Supervise caretakers, housekeeping staff, cooks, and delivery personnel.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor completion.
• Maintain staff attendance and performance records.
• Ensure discipline and operational standards are maintained.

Facility & Maintenance Management

• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and vendor services.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Monitor electricity, water, internet, and other utility services.

Administrative & Reporting

• Maintain operational records and reports.
• Verify rent collections and occupancy data.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Support management in process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Graduate preferred.
• Own Two-Wheeler & Valid Driving License (Preferred)
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple properties and teams.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Google Sheets).
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Experience in PG, hostel, hotel, facility management, or operations is preferred.
