Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, visiting clients, promoting products or services, and closing sales in assigned territories. You must have excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities:·
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the assigned area.
- Visit prospective clients, give product demonstrations, and explain the benefits and features
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Submit regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize the sales process.
- Handle client queries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends to adjust strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:·
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
Location: Kolkata
Office Time: 10 am – 7 pm (Monday to Friday)
