Key Responsibilities:

1. B2B Sales:

• Identify and approach businesses, shops, and retailers to sell Puja items and products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business associations.
• Provide detailed product information and explain product features to potential clients.
• Take orders from businesses and ensure timely delivery.

1. Distributor Sales:

• Work closely with distributors to ensure product availability in various regions.
• Assist in expanding the distribution network by identifying new distributors and regions for growth.
• Keep track of stock levels at distributors’ outlets and suggest replenishment as needed.
• Collaborate with distributors to achieve sales targets.

1. Market Research & Development:

• Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and stay updated on competitors.
• Gather customer feedback to help improve product offerings and sales strategies.
• Suggest promotional strategies to increase sales.

1. Sales Reporting:

• Maintain sales records and reports, including daily and monthly sales reports.
• Communicate regularly with management to provide updates on sales activities and goals.

1. Customer Relationship Management:

• Provide excellent customer service and handle any inquiries or concerns from clients and distributors.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Freshers with a passion for sales and willingness to learn are welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to negotiate and close sales deals.
• Basic understanding of the Puja items market is a plus but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in local language(s) and basic English.
