Job Title: Equity Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute equity trades for clients in line with their personalized investment strategies and preferences.
• Provide expert investment advice with a focus on optimizing clients' portfolios and increasing Assets Under Management (AUM).
• Cross-sell a diverse range of financial products, including Insurance, Mutual Funds (MF), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs), Tax-Advantaged Services (TGS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), Bonds, Fixed Deposits (FD), Unlisted Shares, and other company offerings.
• Cultivate new client relationships through strategic outreach and networking, while fostering long-term partnerships with existing clients to ensure sustained business growth.
• Conduct regular client meetings to review portfolio performance, offer tailored investment advice, and strengthen client engagement and trust.
• Stay updated on market trends and financial products to offer the most relevant solutions to clients.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• In-depth knowledge of equity markets and various financial instruments.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on long-term retention.
• Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex investment products and strategies to clients.
• Experience in client acquisition, as well as retention and portfolio growth.
