Position: Store Staff (CSA)

Job Timing: 6AM to 4PM, 10AM to 8PM and 12PM to 10PM

Shift: Rotational Shift

Working Hours: 10 Hours

Roles & Responsibilities of Store Staff in a Retail Store 👇

• Customer Service: Greet customers and assist them with their needs.
• Provide product information and guidance.
• Handle complaints and resolve customer issues politely.
• Sales Support: Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Inform customers about ongoing offers and promotions.
• Ensure proper product display to attract buyers.
• Store Operations: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures.
• Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Merchandising & Stock Management
• Replenish shelves and ensure stock availability.
• Check expiry dates and product conditions.
• Assist in inventory counting and stock audits.
• Billing & Cash Handling
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) system for billing.
• Handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately.
• Maintain proper records of sales and returns.
• Teamwork Coordinate with colleagues and managers to ensure smooth store functioning.
• Support in promotional events and campaigns.
• Share feedback about customer preferences with management.
• Loss Prevention & Safety
• Prevent shoplifting by being attentive.
• Follow safety guidelines for store operations.
• Report any suspicious activities or issues immediately.
