Qualifications ● Bachelor’s degree in any field ● AWS certification is mandatory. ● Minimum 4 years’ experience on AWS or Azure as a solution architect or similar at associate level. ● Actively training for the AWS SysOps Administrator – Associate certification, or AWS Solution Architect – Associate Certification or the Professional level exams in Solution Architect or DevOps. [No other certifications (AWS or others) will be substituted to fulfill this requirement] ● Any working experience in at least four of the areas mentioned below: ● Linux Operating System ● Scripting languages such as Shell and Python ● Networking or Security concepts ● Working exposure to Relational Databases ● Working exposure of DevOps Process ● Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) ● Experience Teaching Foundational Technical content ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. ● Experience in building and delivering educational resources, including designing virtualized network training lab environments, administrating LMS systems for reporting, and authoring exams and self-assessment surveys. Deliverable ● Online/Blended training to learners ● Familiarity with video conferencing tools such as Zoom, Teams, etc. ● Experience in online facilitation is a plus ● Fulfill the expectations of the instructor role inside and outside of the classroom. ● Engage participants in active thinking and participation. ● Deliver instruction that is rigorous, relevant, and appropriate for adults.
