Send reports/MIS to the Operations team on the progress/pending status of activities Review content at regular intervals to ensure all updates are incorporated Participate in Internal & External Calibrations Manage Knowledge Check for New Hires & Production Staff Should be aware about terminologies like TNI, TNA, BQM, Throughput etc. Knowledge, Skills and abilities- Very Strong written and verbal communication skills (English) Customer/ Client Handling Skills Experience in any product/process/soft skill/up-skilling training Open to Work in 24X7, 6 days working Rotational Candidate Profile: Desired Candidate Profile- Min Graduate (Any) mandatory Min 6 months experience as a Process Trainer from a BPO Non-Telecom process. (Mandate) documents not mandatory. Overall, 3 years' experience bpo experience on paper mandatory Strong understanding of and experience in product training in domestic / International BPO domain Looking for immediate joiner (will add to advantage) Salary- 5lpa
