Qualification ● A bachelor’s degree or other relevant experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Preferably, a B-teach in computer science, BCA etc. ● Total experience 5 years or above. ● At least, 5 years of experience as a Web Developer/ Front End Developer / Full stack Web developer ● Experience working with adults and/or having extensive knowledge of current trends and issues in adult knowledge will be an advantage. ● Experience with the following languages: JavaScript, React, SQL ● Familiar with the following: coding foundations, web development, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Git & GitHub, Agile Software Development / SCRUM, Object-oriented programming and design, data structures and algorithms. ● Expertise in Complete MERN (Node js, Mongo DB, React js/Angular js and Express js) Deliverables Online/Blended Training to Students Coach and guide students, drive for excellence Fulfill the expectations of the instructor role inside and outside of the classroom. Engage participants in active thinking and participation Deliver instruction that is rigorous, relevant, and appropriate for adults Guide students through asynchronous (independent) learning modules and help solidify understandings debriefs and synchronous moments Differentiate instruction to meet individual learning needs and accommodate different learning styles. Provide in-the-moment feedback to learners to clarify misunderstandings and/or encourage critical thinking. Provide relevant and timely feedback to learners on formative and summative assessments, including student projects.
