This is the front line of the employees for the Millie’s Brand. You are very essential since you will determine how this brand is presented in the market. Servicing and Managing Customer Relations is your highest priority. Ensuring customer satisfaction is your goal. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Role on Cash counter:  Acknowledge each customer joining the queue with an appropriate greeting  Maintain a very professional, friendly and energetic vibe. Willingness to help and serve  Help customer in placing their order. Make them feel comfortable and welcome. Walk them through what we have to offer.  Concentrate on till and queue. Focus on the consistent great experience.  Never ever should a customer be unattended. Stop and drop everything else.  Take ownership of the station. Knowledgeable about all the product offerings and the brand. Role on Drink counter:  You should be able to deliver brand standard drinks every single time.  You must be able to dispense correct orders the first time. Accuracy is important.  Clean As you go, the section must never be left dirty  You pay attention to the order being placed at the till. Take pride in your work. Role on Display Counter:  You should maintain food hygiene standards, packaging standards and preparing take away to the brand standard. No exceptions.  He/ she must address the queue from time to time.  The display area is free of any crumbs trash and debris  Customers are being served the correct order consistently  Stocking shelves as and when the delivery arrives.  Place the order for restocking as and when one sees fit with the manager. Role Relationship Manager:  Get to know your customers. Like their favourite drink/their names/etc.  Kids and their parents are our core clientele hence being able to relate to kids is extremely helpful. Look for an opportunity to go above and beyond.  Try to resolve a customer complaint without the escalation to management. Feel free to consult your manager if you feel the need but learn to handle them yourself.  Your goal here is to build trust and rapport within a short period of time without clientele.  Work well as part of the team. Keep a strong relationship with peers and management.  Share views and thoughts to improve any processes at work.  Be a leader and provide options for upselling and look for an opportunity to make a connection and build a relationship with the customer. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: • 12th Passed. • Ready to work in Shifts. • Love interacting with people, energetic, friendly/approachable and able to present himself/herself. • Candidates should have good communication skills.
