Responsibilities: Customer Support II Problem Solving • Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation > Rotational Shifts > 6 days working and 1 day rotational week off > 9 hrs of working hours with 1 hour break within that. > Work from Office > 1 way drop facility available > Undergraduate, Graduates both can apply > Experience can apply but should be immediate joiner. maximum 7 days notice period > No regular course pursuers can apply > Immediate Joining Job > Excellent Communication skills > Fluency in English is mandatory
