Key Responsibility • Coordinate with customer. • Cleaning and Maintenance of the car. • Fueling of the car. • Preparing, Maintaining & Managing Customer handover check lists. • Co-interaction on phone and e-mail for fleet Management (Service Maintenance, accidents, shortages, checklist assistance, etc) • Car Service center follow up. • Shifting of Cars. • Serving home delivery request. • Shift handover to next fleet. • By mail and SMS inform to the TL. • QC mail to the TL. • Update all Details Zoomcar App. • Good Knowledge in the vehicle. Education:- 10th , 12th, ITI pass, Automobile. Must Requirement • Need to bike. • Smart Phone, Good Knowledge four Wheeler.
