Job Description

We are looking to employ an HR recruiter specialized in IT Recruitment with the ability to develop recruitment strategies to meet the objectives of the organization. He/she is responsible for designing and implementing recruitment plans for the company. They should confer with management to assess, and identify staffing needs. The HR recruiter will execute recruitment plans and source the most suitable candidates to fill positions in accordance to the requirement. HR Recruiter Responsibilities – • Sourcing the suitable candidates with skills using Job portals, Social media and other relevant sources. • Drafting and posting job descriptions. • Responsible for screening resumes to determine the minimum requirements. • Conducting Interviews online and offline of the candidates post screening. • Designing and implementing recruiting systems for better results and to ease workflow with hiring suitable talents/candidates. • Conducting Background Verification for each candidate to prevent non compliance. • Handling end to end recruitment and data maintenance. • Generating and execution of effective recruitment plans.
