Responsibilities: • Design and update job descriptions • Source potential candidates from various job portals or any other plaforms • Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates • Screen incoming resumes and application forms Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person) • Work with company Director to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees. • Will be responsible for Whole Hiring process. Requirement: • Candidate must have 1+ year of experience in recruitment. • Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and various HR software programs including HRIS • A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matter. Education Qualification • Graduation is must • MBA graduates with HR specialization will have extra benefit.
