Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and mitigate risks impacting service delivery.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and management to ensure alignment on service objectives.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Ab Initio.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management principles and best practices.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining production IT systems to ensure high availability.
- Ability to analyze and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Capability to manage risk and implement mitigation strategies within IT operations.
