Job Description

• Manage office tasks such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up meetings, and reordering supplies. • Make travel arrangements such as booking flights, card, and making hotel and restaurant reservations • Tracking and developing new vendors, enlistment, periodic evaluation and revaluation, procurement as and when required on proper approval. • Use the computer to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research • Searching of properties of new branches, finalizing, completing, interior work, insurance of properties and legal compliance • Coordinating with legal team for legal compliance, renewal of agreement for branches and property related issues and appearing before court for all legal suits. • Checking and processing conveyance claims of all departments in the company. • Processing and approval of all vendor's bill.
