Job Description
Responsibilities . Male / Female both can apply • Doing administrative and clerical tasks (such as scanning or printing) • Preparing and editing letters, reports, memos, and emails • Arranging meetings, appointments • Answering phone calls and taking messages. • Flexible to travel in Kolkata for official work. • Maintaining folders on servers • Recording meeting minutes • Liaising with teams and units • Covering reception • Schedule travel arrangements for Director, Senior executives as well as clients, when applicable • Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues Requirements • Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, virtual assistant or in another relevant administrative role • Knowledge of “back-office” computer work. • Working knowledge of office equipment • Thorough understanding of office management procedures • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, Power Point • For Male Applicant must have driving skill of 2-wheeler • Applicant having their own bike preferred for Male • Age Limit 25-30 years • Salary: 13,000.00 – 16,000.00 per month • Staying at a distance having Travelling time of 45mts to 1 hour from Sector 5 • Graduate having minimum 3 years’ experience with good verbal /written communication skills and computer knowledge.
