Routine Hygiene care of Patient. Maintaining day to day documentation of the patient's treatment history. Follow instructions of the treating Physician Measurement of Vitals on daily basis as per physician's advice. Timely update to the nursing authorities regarding patient health status. Proper communication with Patient relatives on sharing any heath information to them.
