Area : Central Kolkata(All Areas), South 24 Parganas (Topsia-Sonarpur-Canning), North 24 Parganas (Newtown-Rajarhat-Sapoorji,Dum Dum),Howrah, Hoogly, Responsibilities: Cold Calling II Lead Generation II Area Sales II Creating New Distributor • We require Area Sales Executive ( Only FMCG / FMCD Experience ) channel sales experience ( super stockiest , Distributor , retail ) minimum 1 year experience. • Will work under assigned area and create Distributer for other area. • Salary 15k-35K + TA + Insurance + Incentive (Negotiable depending on their existing profile and package . Salary would not be constraint for right candidate). • Daily Meeting with customers • In-person during sales visits • Develop a business strategy to ensure area sales growth • Demonstrating and presenting products • Maintaining accurate records Recruitment Process: • Candidate selection will be done through in person interview. • After Selection the candidate will be assigned to the areas as per company decision. • First 3 months will be probation period where salary will be based on target achievement. • Next 3 months will be 100% fixed along with upto 25% hike in salary (based on performance)
