ELIGIBILITY: • HS Pass/Graduate fresher’s in any discipline can apply • Candidates with an experience of 0.6 months to 1 year (preferred) • Must be proficient in Hindi and English • Must have good communication skills • Must have the ability to handle call volume • Must produce reasonable output as per his/her work volume REQUIREMENTS: • Must be able to handle customer queries and complains • Must be able to handle calls from customers and convert them into leads • Must be able to maintain and develop relationships with customers through calls and emails • Must cooperate with team leaders and understand the need to raise the volume of sales SALARY Based on his/her knowledge, experience, interview, and industry standards, the pay scale will be decided OTHER FACILITIES: • Incentives • Performance Bonus • Provident Fund • ESI
