Pre Sales • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns • Reviewing Sales Performance • Getting the Enquiry forms filled by the prospective customers • Getting site visits done for the prospective Leads generated • Follow up with prospective clients • Demonstrating and presenting products. • Evaluating customers’ needs • Conduct the inspection of a property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals • Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of a property before closing deals • Negotiate/close deals 3. Sales • Filling up the Application forms after booking is done. • Entry of booking in ERP • Making the Preliminary Sale Agreements, Allotment Letters, and all other relevant letters / documents as required for the project from time to time, for the units booked for all the projects and finally getting them signed by the customers. • Regular follow up with the clients for payments • Helping the customers in the process of loan sanction. • Taking information from the customers regarding the changes in the Unit, if any. • Handle complaints or objections before and after handover of the Unit • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results • Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations for reviewing and generated returns using CRM systems • Making of all the relevant documents required for Possession of Unit. • Handover of keys of the Unit • Getting the Final Conveyance of the Unit done after following up with the respective customers 4. Post Sales • Be the interface between the client and on behalf of the management till full and final handover of the flat and formation of owners association. • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
