We are the leading Event Management Agency of East Zone our Senior Accountant should be an expert in all accounting principals, Responsibilities of candidates include: Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring they are accurate and comply with accounting standards and regulations. Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections. Review and analyze financial data to identify trends and potential issues, and make recommendations for improvement. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy. Coordinate and work closely with other departments, such as operations and HR, to ensure financial data is accurately captured and reported. Participate in the annual budgeting and forecasting process, and prepare financial reports and analysis to support business decisions. Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, including the preparation of journal entries and reconciliations. Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally. Stay current with accounting standards and regulations, and communicate any changes or updates to the finance team.
